White spots appearing on the skin is a Vitiligo patient or suffering from leucoderma diesease caused by the dysfunctional of melanocyte celles that produces pigment to control and maintain the skin color. Melanocyte cells can be found in the epidermis where they produce a melanin pigment that protects the ultraviolet radiation and gives skin color.
